How to Enrol

If you are unsure of how to enrol please follow the steps below.

Online enrolment

Our online enrolment system works just like an online shopping system. You can locate courses you are interested in, add them to your enrolment cart and then pay for them using our secure online payment system. You are then immediately enrolled in the courses you've paid for.

To enrol in a course, follow these steps:

  1. Find the course you'd like to attend. You can browse courses in categories/subjects by selecting from the course link or searching for key words.
  2. Check the dates and times of the course you have chosen and select the appropriate fee.
  3. Click the "Add to Enrolment Cart" button.
  4. You can now either select another course to add to your enrolment cart or proceed by clicking on "Process Enrolment".
  5. Log in, if you already have a user name and password, or enter your personal details if you are a new enrolment.
  6. At the secure payment page, enter your payment details. Click the "Submit" button to finish processing your enrolment.

Shortly after we receive your enrolment and payment details, you will receive an email confirming your place on the course(s). If you do not receive an email within 24 hours please contact us on 364 2346 to check your enrolment status. You will then receive a receipt in the mail with details of course venues.

Selecting a course fee

Our course fees differ for NZ Citizens/Permanent Residents and non-residents. If you are not a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident, you will be required to pay the International fee for your course.

Contact details

Please make sure that your contact details are up to date. These can be changed after you have logged in. We require up to date details in the event that there are any changes to a course you have enrolled in. It is useful if you can provide both an email contact and daytime phone number (or one where we can leave a message). We will not use these contact details to send promotion material unless you give your approval.
